Taegu Science University (TSU) was established in 1960 to develop expert individuals equipped to play a crucial role in the local community based on the educational philosophy of Dr. Kim Jong-ok, the founder of TSU, who thought that education was the only way to overcome the poor and unfortunate economic conditions of the 1960s.

In order to fulfill the educational philosophy of its founder, TSU has focused on developing truly talented individuals with great capacity for service, knowledge, intelligence, and creativity under the lessons of truth, creativity, and philanthropy for more than 60 years.

Thanks to these efforts, we are proud that our graduates are playing a pivotal role in different fields of society and contributing to the development of the nation as well as local communities.
