The Yeongsong Central Library features a collection of more than 150,000 books, more than 40 search terminals, and more than 840 seats to support the learning, education, and research activities of TSU students and faculty. It also has a collaborative network connected to institutions such as the National Assembly Library, Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS), and local public libraries, thanks to mutual agreements for information exchange.

Textbooks on various major subjects, textbooks for general electives (literature materials), reference books, academic and liberal arts magazines, newspapers, thesis collections, self-service photocopiers, print services (printers), scanners, and mutual loan services are also available at the Library. Aside from its academic resources, the Library features learning spaces such as private reading rooms, group study rooms, free discussion rooms, and seminar rooms for other group academic activities.
