l’ecole Cafeteria The l’ecole Cafeteria can accommodate up to 200 people on the 2nd floor of the Humanities Building and an additional 100 people at the e-Mart convenience store/café. The e-Mart convenience store gives students another buy snacks and drinks as they take a break inside the Cafeteria.

l’ecole School enterprise “l’ecole,” run by the Division of Food & Nutrition and Cook at TSU was designated as a specialized operating department supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in May 2000 as part of a project called “Specialization Using School Enterprises.” L’ecole is the longest-running food-related school enterprise, which was created in an environment with a solid infrastructure, and it has enjoyed robust performance for more than two decades.

Most bakery products are high in calories and fat, which can cause obesity and lifestyle diseases. Recognizing the necessity of nurturing professional individuals who can help promote healthy lifestyles across the country by producing and selling confectionery and bakery products with added health functionalities, and to make sure TSU’s students can play a leading role in the development of the food industry, l’ecole develops products and future strategies as a school enterprise that can help push this agenda forward.
